RETURN POLICY

All products may be returned for repair or replacment during the product’s warranty period if they are found to be defective due to workmanship or normal use failures. Products damaged due to abuse or neglect may incur repair or replacement costs. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call our toll-free number (866)557-4548 for a return authorization before you ship the product back to our facility.

SHIPPING:

Shipping to our facility is paid by the customer. Shipping back to the customer is paid by Biomedequip, Inc.
