Shipping Policy
General:
All products will be carefully and efficiently packaged to minimize damage and cost. We use DHL for all international shipments unless a request is made for another carrier.
Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders are calculated through our online shipping program which calculates costs through its corresponding carrier by weight, dimensions, and shipping time. If you want the product shipped with another method or through your account number, please call us at (866)557-4548.
International Orders:
All international orders must be processed outside the online ordering process. Please email us with your request (including your bill to and ship to addresses) and we will send out a formal sales quotation for you with pricing including estimated shipping costs. If you approve the quotation we will then send you a commercial invoice with payment instructions.
