TEST MODES
NIBP Manometer: Static Manometer readout displays pressures from 0 - 480mmHg in 0.5 mmHg steps . This mode is used to test for calibration and leak problems. NIBP output is OFF.
NIBP Peak Detect: Readout will latch the highest pressure value sensed, in 0.5 mmHg steps. The readout value is reset when the SimCube senses a static 00mmHg for 10 seconds.
ECG HR/RESP Alarm Test: The ECG Heart Rate and Respiration values will toggle every 30 seconds. ECG HR/RESP values toggle between 47/00 bpm and 160/80 bpm. NIBP Manometer is automatically selected.
ECG HR/RESP Pacer ON: ECG output rate is 70 bpm with pacer artifact. RESP output rate is 35 bpm. This mode can be used to test pacer detection. NIBP Adult is automatically selected.
NIBP Adult (120/80): Continuous NIBP adult simulation is generated in response to detected air pressure with a pulse envelope that simulates a patient with blood pressure of 120/80 mmHg, heart rate of 70 bpm, and mean pressure of 100 mmHg, with simulated pulse volume of 1ml. Requires an adult cuff in-line with SimCube.
NIBP Neo (70/40): Continuous NIBP Neonatal simulation is generated in response to detected air pressure with a pulse envelope that simulates a patient with blood pressure of 70/40 mmHg, heart rate of 94 bpm, and mean pressure of 55 mmHg, with simulated pulse volume of 0.5ml. Requires an neo cuff in-line with SimCube.
NIBP High (190/120): Continuous NIBP Hypertensive simulation is generated in response to detected air pressure with a pulse envelope that simulates a patient with blood pressure of 190/120 mmHg, heart rate of 70 bpm, and mean pressure of 150 mmHg, with simulated pulse volume of 1ml. Requires an adult cuff in-line with SimCube.
