Automated Defibrillator Tester
The DELTA 1500 is a unique Tester designed to verify the operation of any Automatic External Defibrillator. The arrhythmia recognition and energy charge and discharge functions of the AED may be quickly and easily checked. The DELTA 1500 also measures the delivered energy through an input load that simulates the human thorax.
The DELTA 1500 simulates normal sinus rhythm, ventricular fibrillation, and ventricular tachycardia waveforms selected via soft touch keys. When the AED is discharged, the delivered energy is displayed in joules on the large LCD. An automatic test mode switches from VFIB to NSR following the energy discharge thus minimizing the use of the AED battery.
The DELTA 1500 is the ideal tester for AED’s being used in ambulances, police cars, sports stadiums, aircraft, schools, malls, and other locations.
